Six weeks to AEP: your prep checklist
What to gather before 15 October so that your annual review takes thirty minutes instead of three appointments.

The annual enrolment period is short and the phones are busy. Households that prepare get a better review, not because we favour them, but because the work can actually be done in the time available.
Six weeks out, here is the list.
Gather four things
Your Annual Notice of Change. A current medication list with doses and pharmacy. The names of every doctor and facility you want to keep. And last year's plan card, so we can see exactly what you hold.
That is it. With those four, a review is a single conversation; without them, it is two appointments and a phone call to a pharmacy.
Decide what you want to change
Ask yourself three questions before the appointment. Did anything about your plan annoy you this year? Did you pay for something you expected to be covered? Has your health changed in a way that makes next year look different from last?
